Policies:
ORDERING:
Custom Orders: Shipment will be made
1 to 2 weeks after payment is received depending on how heavy
we are with orders.
In Stock
Items: Shipment will be made within 1-3
business days after payment is received depending on how heavy
we are with orders. If it i more then 3 days you will be
contacted by email.
Our peak
season is March-May and August- October
Order needs to
be paid/measurements received [if measurements are requested]
within 3 days of orders placed to stay in queue [order queue
placement determines when your order will be started.]
CANCELING ORDERS: If fabric/materials have been special ordered
and we have scheduled a date for construction of your order,
no refund will be issued and we will not accept a cancellation
of your order. We reserve a date in our schedule just for you
- and subsequently we turn away customers who could have been
scheduled in that date, which is why we do not allow refunds
for any order that has been scheduled and fabrics have been
purchased.
PAYMENT:
is preferred though Pay Pal. We do except money
orders/cashier checks. Please contact us first before placing
the order if you use either one. We have a special order form
for you to print to send in with your payment.. Orders will
not be started or shipped until money orders/cashier checks is
received. We do not accept personal checks - no exceptions.
SHIPPING:
All orders will be sent via US Postal
Service Priority Mail®. All packages includes a tracking
number which will be sent to you by email. Expect your package
within 1 -2 business days.
We ship Monday - Friday, within 1-2 days,
depending on how many orders we need to process.
We will give a shipping discount if you purchase
more then one item.
Express
Shipping: If you must have your products by a
certain date, then you should consider requesting special
handling, which can be added at an additional cost. We offer
US Postal Service Express Priority , which in most cases will
reach you over night.. Express shipping will also depend on
how many orders we have in process. Example during peak
seasons Express shipping is very limited. Please inquiry about
express shipping before placing order.
International Shipping: We do ship
outside, please email for estimated shipping cost. I will
combine shipping charges if you purchase more then one item.
We offer US Postal Service Priority Mail International®. You
are responsible for ALL import/duty/taxes associated with your
order. If you refuse to pay these fees when the package
reaches your country, we will not re-ship it to you until you
submit another payment for re-shipment costs.
ALL
RETURNS: If a return is going to be made Celtic Rose must
be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order and item must
be returned within 3 days of email received from Celtic Rose
Designs. All returned items must still be new with no signs of
wear.
In-Stock
Items : All In
Stock items will be shipped within 3 days of completed order.
There will be a restocking fee of 15% deducted from your
refund [unless return is due to an error on behalf of Celtic
Rose Designs.] . Shipping charges are not refundable [unless
return is due to an error on behalf of Celtic Rose Designs.]
Custom
Items: There will be a restocking fee of 25%
deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are not refundable
[unless return is due to an error on behalf of Celtic Rose
Designs.]Custom orders-due to their inability to be easily
resold are limited returns. Items may not be returned without
valid reason. If items are incorrect due to error of the
customer a store credit may be discussed but a full return
will not be made. As a customer it is your responsibility to
provide accurate measurements and understand what you are
ordering.

REFUNDS:
Due to
incorrect measurements or change of heart are not accepted as
valid. If the item is made to order exactly as requested and
the customer finds some issue other than actual error on
behalf of Celtic Rose, it is not considered a valid return.
Any refund due to you will be refunded within 1 week after
items has been returned.
PLEASE
NOTE: Colors may not be 100% the same from one
computer screen to another or even one fabric store to
another. Please remember to allow for variation.
